Royals Busy in the Community

The Kansas City Royals have been working hard in the community of late! On August 5th, the team announced that they will be helping support the ongoing relief efforts in Joplin, Missouri by selling “Teams Unite for Joplin” T-shirts at the stadium. If you’re visiting Kauffman Stadium, make sure to stop by the Majestic Team Store and support the cause! Additionally, coming up on August 28th, the team will be hosting the 3rd annual Royals 5K Run/Walk event to benefit Variety Children’s Charity of Greater Kansas City and Royals Charities. If you’re around KC on the 28th, get those running shoes on and join in! Kudos to the Royals for these great community efforts!
