Mariners “Favorite Things” Auction

On August 12, the Seattle Mariners are holding a “Favorite Things” silent auction to benefit the team’s non-profit foundation, Mariners Care. For the auction, the Mariners Wives have have assembled 17 baskets filled with items personally selected by the players! The baskets, which will be on display at the park and can be bid on through the 6th inning, have some pretty cool items. Ichiro’s basket contains, among other things, game-used, autographed elbow pads, while Eric Wedge’s basket contains a pair of Western boots, signed by the Skipper! Get out to the park and support a good cause!

  1. Ichiro’s basket should contain his passion for the game. At least then we’d know where it went.
